Can I still book for Father's Day?
Yes, absolutely! We're offering express delivery on select stars over the weekend in time for Father's Day.
The stars will be busy delivering videos right up until Sunday (including Sunday), so if you're looking for a last minute gift with a delivery guarantee follow these steps:
1. Book any star in our express category
2. Look for Priority Delivery for Father's Day at checkout
3. Get it back within 24 hours
4. If it doesn't arrive within 24 hours you can cancel and get a full refund by emailing us.
If you book express, we expect it back any time from just a few minutes up to 24 hours. You can of course still book any star on Swysh and we'll try to get it completed ASAP, however the express stars will typically deliver the fastest.

How do I receive the video?
When the video is ready, we'll send it to you by SMS and email. If it's a gift, you can keep it until the special day - it's yours to keep and share forever!
What should I book a video for?
A Swysh video is a great gift - ask your favourite sports star or celebrity for a happy birthday message, to wish your partner happy anniversary, wish Dad a happy Father's Day, cheer someone up or just some general banter to share with your friends. You might also want a video for yourself - ask a question or a tip to help you with your game. Swysh is all about having fun!
Remember, each video is about 20-60 seconds so be very clear with your instructions.

How long will it take to receive my video?
Short answer is, it depends on the star! Most videos are sent back within 5-7 days (some give the option of getting it done within 48 hours - check out our 'Express' category!). Sometimes Swysh Stars are busy with games or other commitments so it can take a bit longer. If you do not receive your video within a week, we will give you the option of cancelling and receiving a full refund (unless you choose to wait a little longer).
What if I can't find my favourite star?
There are new stars launching all the time on Swysh so keep a look out for new stars joining the Swysh platform. If you need a video without a few weeks, we'd recommend picking one of the stars available on our website. You can also email us a new star request to info@heyswysh.com.
Can I book for any occasion?
Yes, absolutely! The video message is completely personalised so you can book for birthdays, anniversaries, Father's Day. Christmas, good luck & thank you messages or any other reason that you'd like. We even see gender reveals, proposals and other amazing announcements made via Swysh videos!
